What you'll do

As the Philanthropy Manager at XTX Markets, you will be responsible for developing and executing the firm's philanthropic strategy. This includes identifying key areas of focus for charitable giving and establishing partnerships with organizations that align with the firm's values. You will oversee the allocation of funds and resources to various initiatives, ensuring that the impact of donations is maximized. You will also be tasked with measuring and reporting on the outcomes of philanthropic activities, providing insights to the leadership team on the effectiveness of the firm's charitable contributions.

Collaboration is at the heart of this role — you will work closely with internal teams to promote a culture of giving and community involvement within the organization. You will organize events and initiatives that encourage employee participation in philanthropic activities, fostering a sense of purpose and engagement among staff. Additionally, you will represent XTX Markets at community events and engage with external stakeholders to enhance the firm's reputation as a leading philanthropic donor.
