- 2 years of experience in program or project management.
- Experience with fulfillment planning and execution, transportation, or manufacturing operations.
Preferred qualifications:
- 5 years of experience with fulfillment planning and execution, transportation or manufacturing operations.
- 3 years of experience leading freight payment operations or analytics.
- 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience redesigning carrier invoicing processes and redefining technology requirements.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $126,000-$181,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. - Orchestrate cross-functional global programs to optimize freight spend, covering system enhancements, third-party partnerships, and operational efficiency.
- Develop and execute a strategic roadmap focused on improving invoice accuracy, payment cycle times, and financial accruals.
- Align project execution with the wider transportation capabilities roadmap to deliver critical system functionalities.
- Establish and govern freight spend KPIs and reporting standards to drive transparency and performance accountability.
- Drive accountability and operational excellence across carrier and audit partners by leading performance reviews and strategic alignment initiatives with internal stakeholders.
