Verkada is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the Mid-Market segment to lead and motivate a sales team. You'll work cross-functionally to drive sales success and ensure team quotas are met. This role requires strong leadership and strategic problem-solving skills.
You have a proven track record in sales management, ideally with experience in the mid-market segment. You excel at leading, coaching, and motivating teams to achieve their sales targets, and you understand the importance of aligning resources across sales, product, marketing, engineering, and operations. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can adapt quickly to changes, demonstrating strategic problem-solving skills and project management capabilities. Your ability to influence and inspire your team is key to your success.
Experience in cloud physical security or related technology sectors is a plus. Familiarity with AI-powered platforms and integrated security solutions will help you understand the products Verkada offers and how to effectively communicate their value to potential clients.
