Who you are

You have a minimum of 3 years of professional automotive repair experience, demonstrating your ability to handle a variety of automotive repairs and diagnostics. Your expertise includes performing general automotive repairs such as working on radiators, timing belts, alignments, and suspension systems. You are skilled in completing repairs for wheel bearings and axles, and you have experience with vehicle climate control repair and replacement for ACs and heater cores. You are a team player who is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and can adapt to the demands of the job, including the possibility of mandatory overtime when necessary.

Desirable

While not required, any additional certifications or training in automotive repair will be considered a plus. Familiarity with state-of-the-art tools and technology in automotive repair will enhance your ability to succeed in this role.

What you'll do

As a Mid-Level Auto Technician at Carvana, you will be responsible for performing light to medium automotive repairs on a variety of vehicles. Your day-to-day tasks will include diagnosing issues and completing repairs efficiently to ensure vehicles are in optimal condition for our customers. You will work closely with your team to maintain high standards of quality and safety in all repairs. You will also be expected to keep up with the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques to enhance your skills and contribute to the team's success.

You will utilize state-of-the-art tools in one of our high-tech Inspection Centers, ensuring that you have the resources needed to perform your job effectively. Your role will involve collaborating with other technicians and team members to ensure that all repairs are completed on time and to the satisfaction of our customers. You will also participate in training programs offered by Carvana to further develop your skills and advance your career within the company.
