What you'll do

In this role, you will take ownership of the institutional onboarding experience at OKX, focusing on compliance systems that enhance user trust. By analyzing data and feedback, you will iterate on existing processes to enhance user satisfaction and compliance adherence. You will also be responsible for defining success metrics for the onboarding experience, tracking performance, and reporting on outcomes to stakeholders.
