Carta is hiring a Staff Engineer, Enterprise Systems Architect to lead the strategy and design of their enterprise technology. You'll ensure alignment with strategic goals and business needs. This role requires extensive experience in enterprise architecture and systems design.

Who you are

You have a strong background in enterprise architecture and systems design, with a proven track record of aligning technology strategies with business objectives. Your experience spans multiple industries, and you understand the unique challenges faced by private capital markets. You are adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive technology initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and strategic impact.

You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Your leadership style fosters collaboration and innovation, encouraging team members to contribute their ideas and expertise. You are committed to continuous learning and staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.

Desirable

Experience with ERP systems and a deep understanding of private equity and venture capital markets would be advantageous. Familiarity with cloud technologies and data management practices is also a plus.
