Overview

Asana is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to expand their footprint within large accounts across Switzerland. You'll collaborate with Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams to identify new revenue opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction. This role requires strong sales skills and experience in enterprise sales.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in enterprise sales, ideally with 5+ years of experience managing large accounts. You understand the nuances of building relationships with enterprise customers and have a knack for identifying their needs and challenges. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders sets you apart. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with Customer Success and Product teams to ensure that customers derive maximum value from Asana's platform. You are data-driven, using metrics to guide your decision-making and strategy. You are adaptable and can navigate the complexities of a hybrid work environment, ensuring that you remain connected with your team and customers.

Desirable

Experience with CRM tools, particularly Salesforce, is a plus. Familiarity with project management software and an understanding of user-driven marketing strategies will enhance your effectiveness in this role. A background in technology sales or SaaS is highly desirable, as is a passion for helping customers succeed.

What you'll do

In this role, you will proactively manage a portfolio of enterprise customers, serving as their main point of contact and advocate within Asana. You will identify new revenue opportunities by understanding customer needs and aligning them with Asana's offerings. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing account plans, conducting regular business reviews, and ensuring customer satisfaction to mitigate churn risk. You will collaborate with the Customer Success team to onboard new clients and provide ongoing support, ensuring they leverage the full potential of Asana's platform. You will also work closely with the Marketing team to drive user adoption and engagement, utilizing data to inform your strategies. Your role will be instrumental in scaling Asana's business and maximizing value for customers, contributing to the overall success of the sales team.
