Who you are

You have a strong background in brand partnerships and marketing, with at least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role. You understand the nuances of contemporary culture and lifestyle brands, and you have a proven track record of building successful partnerships that drive engagement and revenue. Your communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external partners alike. You are data-driven, using insights to inform your strategies and decisions. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously. You are passionate about the intersection of culture and commerce, and you are excited about the opportunity to work with a leading global platform.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and developing strategic partnerships that align with HYPEBEAST's brand values and objectives. You will work closely with the marketing and editorial teams to create compelling partnership proposals and campaigns that resonate with our audience. You will manage the entire partnership lifecycle, from initial outreach and negotiation to execution and performance analysis. You will also collaborate with the creative agency Hypemaker to ensure that all partnerships are integrated seamlessly across our platforms. Regularly reporting on partnership performance and making data-driven recommendations for improvement will be key to your success. You will represent HYPEBEAST at industry events and networking opportunities, building relationships that can lead to future collaborations.
