In this role, you will engage with potential clients, presenting Hibu's best-in-class digital marketing offerings. You will leverage your training to understand client needs and tailor solutions that drive their success. You will be responsible for managing your sales pipeline, ensuring that you meet or exceed your targets through proactive outreach and follow-ups. You will participate in ongoing training sessions to refine your skills and stay updated on industry trends. You will collaborate with your team to share insights and strategies that enhance overall performance. You will also have the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions and bonuses based on your sales achievements, providing you with the motivation to excel.
Hibu offers a competitive base salary along with an expense allowance and mileage reimbursement. You will have the chance to earn uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses, with on-target earnings projected to increase significantly in your second year. The company provides a supportive training environment, including three weeks of classroom training followed by nine weeks of field training.
