What you'll do

As a Senior Frontend Engineer on the AI Engineering Duo Chat group, you will be responsible for building and evolving the core AI capabilities that power GitLab Duo Chat. You will work on enhancing AI functionality and integrating major providers like Google Vertex AI into the GitLab platform. Your role will involve collaborating with product managers and designers to ensure that the user experience is seamless and intuitive.

You will participate in code reviews, ensuring that best practices are followed and that the codebase remains maintainable and scalable. You will also be involved in defining technical requirements and specifications for new features, contributing to the overall product roadmap.
