Your experience includes leading teams and driving performance management initiatives to achieve operational excellence. You are adept at market mapping and identifying potential retail accounts, ensuring timely acquisition and onboarding of new partners. Your strong communication skills enable you to deliver training and coaching effectively, ensuring that all team members are aligned with Amazon's processes and standards.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable working on the ground to support new product launches. Your analytical mindset allows you to maintain and publish routine reports on store performance, providing actionable insights based on data. You are committed to building strong relationships with channel partners, driving growth, and executing strategic account plans that align with Amazon's business objectives.
Experience in the e-commerce or logistics sector is a plus, as is familiarity with performance metrics and reporting tools.
