You have a strong background in program management, ideally with experience in logistics or supply chain operations. You understand the importance of continuous improvement and have a proven track record of executing initiatives that drive operational efficiencies. Your ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders is key to your success in this role. You are detail-oriented and capable of conducting risk assessments while identifying opportunities for improvement. You thrive in collaborative environments and are comfortable working with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals. You are a U.S. citizen or permanent resident, meeting the export control requirements for this position.
In this role, you will manage two to three medium-sized programs, focusing on system integration and continuous improvement initiatives. You will partner with Supply Chain, Global Trade, Finance, and other stakeholders to deliver program KPIs and metrics reporting. Conducting regular business reviews will be part of your responsibilities, ensuring that operational goals are met. You will also support cost optimization efforts and contribute to budget forecasting processes. Your role will involve implementing scalable solutions that advance Leo Logistics objectives, making a significant impact on the overall mission of delivering reliable internet globally.
