Tech Colledge 2025/2026 (m/f/d)

The Netlight tech colledge offers you a glimpse into what tech consulting really means. Through the 6-month program starting in late October, you will have the chance to grow personally and professionally with the support of your mentor, a senior Netlight consultant. You will also take part in a tailor-made program together with the other tech colledge students. The program is planned to help you both sharpen your technical skills but also grow your consultant mindset. For example, fine-tune your team working skills and learn how to improve your ability to create technical solutions with a strong business-first mindset.  

 

You will have the chance to look behind the scenes of one of Europe’s best tech consultancy and find out how it is to work in a value-driven network-organization with no bosses. You will gain access to +2000 netlighters, their learnings and inspiring client stories!
