GenScript is hiring an Intern for Protein Quality Control to assist with various protein analysis techniques. You'll be responsible for tasks such as concentration tests and data analysis. This is an entry-level position based in Singapore.
You are an entry-level candidate eager to gain hands-on experience in protein quality control. You have a foundational understanding of laboratory techniques and are keen to learn more about protein analysis and quality assurance processes. You are detail-oriented and capable of summarizing and analyzing experimental data effectively. You are also comfortable with writing experimental records and updating standard operating procedures (SOPs). Your ability to manage instruments and perform maintenance as required will be essential in this role.
In this internship, you will be responsible for conducting concentration tests and performing SDS-PAGE and Western blot analysis on protein samples. You will also carry out HPLC and endotoxin tests, ensuring that all procedures are followed accurately. Summarizing and analyzing experimental data will be a key part of your responsibilities, as you will need to identify and sort out unqualified data. You will assist in the formulation and updating of SOPs, contributing to the continuous improvement of laboratory processes. Additionally, you will manage laboratory instruments, ensuring they are maintained and functioning correctly. This role will provide you with valuable experience in a professional laboratory setting, allowing you to develop your skills in protein quality control.
