LearnUpon is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive new business revenue in the membership and association sector. You'll leverage your understanding of member-based organizations to close deals and expand customer relationships. This role requires strong communication skills and a hunter mentality.
You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in the enterprise sector, and understand the unique needs of membership and association organizations. Your strong communication skills enable you to build relationships and effectively convey the value of LearnUpon's LMS platform. Experience in the learning management system (LMS) industry or familiarity with training solutions for organizations would be a plus. A background in working with member-based organizations can help you better understand the challenges and opportunities in this space. You are adaptable and open to learning, always striving to improve your sales techniques and product knowledge.
As an Enterprise Account Executive at LearnUpon, you will be responsible for closing new business revenue through a combination of inbound leads, self-generated opportunities, and customer expansion within the membership and association vertical. You will engage with potential clients to understand their training needs and demonstrate how LearnUpon's LMS can help them achieve their goals. Your role will involve conducting product demonstrations, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts to secure new business. You will collaborate closely with the marketing and customer success teams to ensure a seamless transition for new clients and to identify upsell opportunities within existing accounts. You will also track your sales activities and report on your progress towards targets, using data to inform your strategies and improve your performance.
