What you'll do

As a Senior Software Engineer at Doctolib, you will play a pivotal role in the Growth Team, focusing on developing features that drive product-led growth. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define and implement features that enhance healthcare access for patients. Your responsibilities will include taking a leading role within the team, contributing to the technical vision, and ensuring the performance, security, and usability of the application. You will apply your expertise to continuously improve design, implementation, testing, and monitoring processes for high-quality features. Additionally, you will enhance the performance of key features implemented in Kotlin, React, and Ruby on Rails, and ensure the seamless creation of new services using Kubernetes. You will also take leadership in delivering roadmap items, working collaboratively with your team to achieve shared goals.
