Tide is seeking a Senior Partnerships Manager to drive the adoption of their Expense Management Platform across India. This role involves leading business development efforts and requires strong experience in enterprise sales. You'll play a critical role in shaping revenue growth and product evolution.
You have a proven track record in enterprise or mid-market sales, ideally within the financial services or technology sectors. With at least 5 years of experience, you understand the nuances of business development and have successfully led teams to achieve sales targets. Your ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels is one of your key strengths, and you thrive in environments where you can influence product direction based on customer feedback. You are data-driven and have a knack for identifying market opportunities that align with business goals. You are passionate about helping small and medium enterprises (SMEs) succeed and are excited about the potential of technology to transform their operations.
Experience in expense management solutions or related financial products is a plus. Familiarity with the Indian market and its unique challenges will help you navigate customer needs effectively. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing priorities while maintaining focus on long-term objectives.
In this role, you will lead the business development efforts for Tide’s Expense Management Platform in India. You will be responsible for acquiring and expanding relationships with SMB and mid-market customers across various industries. Your role will involve owning the end-to-end sales lifecycle, from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring that customer needs are met at every stage. You will collaborate closely with product teams to provide insights that will shape product evolution based on customer feedback. Additionally, you will develop and implement strategies to drive user adoption and engagement with the platform, leveraging data to inform your decisions. You will also be expected to represent Tide at industry events and conferences, showcasing the value of our solutions to potential clients.
