Five9 is seeking a Procurement Contract Manager to support their global sourcing and procurement organization. You'll manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle, ensuring vendor engagements align with business objectives. This role requires strong negotiation and contract management skills.
You have a strong background in procurement and contract management, with experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various commercial agreements. You understand the importance of aligning vendor engagements with business objectives and have a keen eye for detail when it comes to compliance and risk mitigation. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Legal, Finance, and IT, is essential for success in this role. You thrive in an inclusive environment and appreciate the value of diverse perspectives in driving innovation and operational excellence.
Experience in a cloud technology environment or familiarity with software procurement processes would be advantageous. You are comfortable working in a hybrid setting and can adapt to the dynamic needs of a global organization. Your strong communication skills enable you to articulate complex contract terms clearly and effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
In this role, you will lead the drafting, review, redlining, and negotiation of a wide range of commercial agreements, including NDAs, Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), and Data Processing Agreements (DPAs). You will partner with business stakeholders to define sourcing requirements and develop procurement strategies that align with Five9’s objectives and timelines. Your expertise will be crucial in securing favorable commercial terms and managing risk throughout the procurement lifecycle. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with internal standards and external regulations, contributing to the overall success of the procurement function.
