What you'll do

In this role, you will manage the AI Natives Solutions Architect team, focusing on growing and developing a group of deeply technical field engineers. You will be responsible for guiding your team in driving the adoption of the Databricks Platform among some of the largest and fastest-growing AI companies. Your leadership will be instrumental in establishing best practices for qualifying workloads, identifying key use cases, and building proof of concepts that demonstrate the value of the platform.

You will work closely with customers, representing Databricks as a technical leader and trusted advisor. This involves traveling to customer sites for executive sessions and technical discussions, ensuring that your team is well-prepared to address customer needs and challenges. You will also collaborate with internal teams, including sales, services, product, and engineering, to align on strategies and initiatives that drive customer success.

Your role will require you to consistently meet or exceed targets, ensuring that your team understands how to technically qualify workloads and establish themselves as trusted advisors throughout the customer lifecycle. You will adapt your team's skills and engagement model to match the evolving needs of digital and AI native customers, ensuring that they are equipped to handle a wide range of data, analytical, and AI workloads.
