Who you are

You have at least 2 years of customer-facing experience, demonstrating your ability to engage with customers effectively and provide exceptional service. You understand the importance of building relationships and delivering happiness to customers, especially in a fast-paced environment like Carvana. Your communication skills are strong, allowing you to articulate solutions clearly and empathetically. You are adaptable and ready to work flexible hours, including weekends, to meet the needs of our customers. You possess a valid driver's license and are at least 21 years of age, ensuring you can fulfill the requirements of the role.

What you'll do

As a Customer Service Delivery Advocate at Carvana, you will be at the forefront of our mission to reintroduce happiness into the car-buying process. Your primary responsibility will be to interact with customers, ensuring they have a positive experience from the moment they engage with us. You will assist in delivering vehicles to customers, making their experience memorable and enjoyable. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to get involved in local community initiatives, further enhancing Carvana's presence and reputation. Your role will require you to be available for shifts from 11 am to 9 pm, working seven days a week with rotating days off. You will also have the chance to participate in performance-based incentive programs, allowing you to increase your earnings based on your contributions and success.
