Overview

Coupang is hiring a Customer Operations Manager to oversee customer inquiries and improve service processes. This role requires at least 3 years of relevant experience and strong communication skills.

Job Description

Who you are

You have at least 3 years of relevant experience in customer operations or process improvement. You possess flexible thinking and excellent communication skills, enabling you to adapt quickly to changes. You are willing to work on weekends, with a schedule that includes occasional weekend shifts from 11:00 to 20:00. Understanding of online commerce or delivery service business is a plus, as is a customer-centric service mindset. Proficiency in Japanese is also advantageous.

What you'll do

In this role, you will manage and operate customer inquiries across various channels including call, chat, email, and app. You will analyze and improve customer feedback (VOC) and inquiries to enhance service quality. Additionally, you will support customer service operations related to new business initiatives, marketing, and events. Your contributions will help ensure that customers, store owners, and delivery partners receive exceptional service and support.
