What you'll do

In this role, you will assist the Internal Communications Team in enhancing networking initiatives across all Reply offices in the U.S. You will participate in planning and executing events aimed at building a cohesive company culture. Your responsibilities will include supporting the development of communication materials and engaging with employees to gather feedback on internal initiatives. You will help coordinate activities that promote collaboration and knowledge sharing among teams. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to learn about the various services Reply offers, including consulting and digital services, and how they relate to communication strategies. You will work closely with team members to ensure that all communications are aligned with the company's goals and values. This internship will provide you with valuable insights into the workings of a dynamic organization and the role of effective communication in achieving business objectives.

What we offer

Reply offers a paid internship that allows you to gain hands-on experience in internal communications. You will work part-time, up to 30 hours per week, for a duration of 3-6 months, with the potential for a full-time position after graduation.
