In this role, you will define and execute a unified parking strategy that encompasses all organizational parking assets. You will optimize space utilization for both employee commuters and the commercial fleet, ensuring that all parking needs are met efficiently. You will collaborate with various teams to develop programs that support Waymonaut’s environment and productivity, managing multiple projects simultaneously. You will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of large-scale operations and portfolio-wide programs, ensuring consistency in service delivery. You will analyze data to inform decision-making and drive improvements in parking operations. You will report to the Global Facilities Operations Manager and work closely with regional site leads to align on strategic initiatives. You will also engage with external partners and vendors to enhance service offerings and ensure compliance with regulations.
Waymo offers a competitive salary range of $178,000—$192,000 USD, along with eligibility for a discretionary annual bonus program and an equity incentive plan.
