You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in engaging with medium to large enterprises — your experience has equipped you with the skills to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities. You are adept at using proactive and inbound sales strategies to drive customer engagement and growth. Your understanding of customer relationship management tools, particularly HubSpot, allows you to effectively support clients in optimizing their use of the platform. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with marketing and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. You are results-driven and motivated by achieving sales targets, and you possess excellent communication skills that enable you to build strong relationships with clients.
Experience in a SaaS environment is a plus, as is familiarity with sales methodologies that emphasize customer satisfaction and retention. A background in marketing or customer service can also enhance your effectiveness in this role.
