What you'll do

In this role, you will build, train, and evaluate machine learning models for key services at Careem, including ride-hailing, food delivery, and payments. You will work closely with product and engineering teams to integrate these models into production systems, ensuring they deliver real value to users. Your responsibilities will include analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities for automation, as well as developing algorithms that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency. You will also experiment with different approaches to model training and evaluation, iterating quickly to refine your solutions based on feedback and performance metrics.
