What you'll do

As a Business Operations Associate at Koalafi, you will be responsible for providing superior customer and operational support. You will field inbound requests through non-phone channels, ensuring that each customer receives the assistance they need in a timely manner. Your role will involve resolving issues independently and escalating them as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction. You will handle back-office responsibilities, including posting payments and managing credit check and payment disputes. Your attention to detail will be crucial as you navigate highly-regulated processes, ensuring compliance and accuracy in all transactions.
