You'll focus on defining meaningful research questions and analyzing user behavior to derive insights. This role requires over 10 years of experience in customer analysis and team management.
You have over 10 years of experience in customer analysis, with a strong background in both qualitative and quantitative research methods. Your expertise includes Market Research, CX/UX Research, and Usability Testing, allowing you to provide strategic insights that drive business success. You have at least 3 years of experience managing teams, guiding them to achieve high-quality research outcomes. You excel at deep diving into problems, identifying issues, and logically deriving insights from various data sources. Your ability to communicate effectively across diverse teams ensures that research findings are understood and actionable. You are adept at planning efficient research strategies within limited time and resources, demonstrating your strong organizational skills. As a native Korean speaker, you can navigate the local market nuances effectively.
You have hands-on experience designing and executing various user and market research projects, particularly in the e-commerce sector. Your knowledge of mobile services and related projects is extensive, making you a valuable asset to the team.
