You are skilled in stakeholder alignment and have a proven track record of managing complex projects that require collaboration across various departments.

You understand the importance of sustainability and ESG reporting in operational processes, and you are committed to embedding these principles into the fabric of the organization. Your leadership style fosters collaboration and encourages team members to contribute to operational excellence.

You have experience in site management and workplace strategy, including capacity planning and site evaluations. Your analytical skills enable you to make informed decisions regarding lease versus buy/build options, ensuring that the company’s growth is supported by well-planned facilities.

Desirable

Experience in the aerospace industry or with modular systems is a plus. Familiarity with EN9100 standards and quality management systems will enhance your ability to drive operational processes effectively.

What you'll do

As the Head of Operations, you will be responsible for setting the long-term strategy for site and building management across all locations. You will lead the development of workplace standards that ensure all facilities meet the operational needs of the company while providing a conducive environment for employees.

You will act as the central point of contact for all operations-related topics, collaborating closely with Engineering, HR, Digital, and Finance teams. Your role will involve evaluating new locations for potential expansion and supporting negotiations with landlords and partners to secure favorable terms.

You will establish the operating model for site management, ensuring that all locations adhere to the same high standards of operation. This includes defining roles and responsibilities for site management teams and implementing processes that promote efficiency and reliability.

Your leadership will be crucial in driving operational processes that align with the company’s strategic goals. You will ensure that all operational practices are documented and that stakeholders are trained to implement these processes effectively.
