As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections of buildings, units, and homes, including move-out, make-ready, and onboarding inspections. You will perform routine and preventive maintenance on apartments and single-family homes, ensuring that both units and common areas are well-kept. Your role will involve servicing multiple properties, requiring you to manage your time effectively and prioritize tasks to meet the needs of the rental properties.
