Valiantys is seeking a Senior Accountant to ensure accurate financial reporting and manage key accounting processes. You'll be involved in month-end and year-end closings, tax compliance, and audits. This role requires strong accounting skills and attention to detail.
You have a strong background in accounting with a focus on financial reporting and compliance. You understand the intricacies of month-end and year-end closings, and you are adept at preparing balance sheet reconciliations. Your experience includes managing accounts payable and fixed assets, ensuring that all processes align with company policies and accounting standards. You are detail-oriented and possess excellent analytical skills, allowing you to conduct variance analysis and ensure accurate revenue recognition. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to contribute to a team that values innovation and efficiency.
In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and updating balance sheet reconciliations, assisting with month-end and year-end closings, and managing the full lifecycle of fixed assets. You will perform service and license revenue cut-off procedures to ensure accurate revenue recognition and review revenue-related entries for compliance. Your role will also involve conducting annual physical inventory of fixed assets and ensuring alignment with accounting records. You will support audits and maintain compliance with internal and external requirements, playing a critical part in the financial health of the organization.
