Vana is seeking a Business Operations Coordinator to enhance operational efficiency through process automation and strategic optimization. This role requires collaboration across various teams to ensure effective collection operations.
You have a strong background in operations and strategy, ideally within the fintech sector, and are passionate about leveraging technology to improve financial access. You excel in process automation and have experience in optimizing operational strategies. Your analytical skills allow you to design and validate workflows effectively, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. You are a collaborative team player who can bridge the gap between operations, internal tools, product, and technology teams. You are proactive in identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions that enhance efficiency.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving operational efficiency by continuously improving processes and automating workflows.
