As an Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will engage with potential clients to promote our best-in-class digital marketing offerings. You will be responsible for driving user acquisition and activation through effective sales strategies. You will receive extensive training, including three weeks of classroom instruction followed by nine weeks of field training, to ensure you are well-prepared to meet your sales targets. You will work in a hybrid environment, balancing time between your home office and in-field work, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance. You will have the opportunity to earn a base salary along with uncapped commissions, with on-target earnings projected to increase significantly in your second year. You will also participate in recognition and incentive programs, including an annual President’s Club Trip, which celebrates top performers in the company.
