What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the design, implementation, and ongoing management of OpenAI's global supply chain technology landscape. You will own the strategy and execution for core supply chain systems, ensuring they scale effectively to support the company's growing operations. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate supply chain systems with Finance, Procurement, and People systems, driving efficiency and compliance throughout the organization.

You will be responsible for overseeing the execution of supply chain technology initiatives, ensuring that they align with business objectives and deliver measurable results. Your hands-on leadership will guide the team in adopting best practices and leveraging technology to enhance operational performance. You will also play a critical role in identifying opportunities for automation and process improvement, enabling the organization to adapt to changing market demands.

Your role will involve continuous monitoring and evaluation of supply chain systems to ensure they meet the evolving needs of the business. You will lead efforts to optimize workflows and data flows, empowering teams to make informed decisions based on reliable reporting.
