As a Global Collections Analyst Intern, you will assist with cash application processes and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports. You will engage with customers to collect overdue balances and manage the Accounts Receivable ticketing queue using tools like Zendesk and HighRadius. Your role will involve working closely with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues promptly and within service level agreements. You will also assist with bank reconciliations and review payment terms to extend to customers. Additionally, you will prepare month-end close checklists and support ad hoc projects as needed, gaining valuable insights into the finance operations of a leading tech company.
This internship provides a unique opportunity to work with Dropbox's Finance Team, where you will gain hands-on experience in collections processes for a global customer base. You will learn from experienced professionals and develop skills that are essential for a successful career in finance. The internship is scheduled for May to August or June to September 2026, allowing you to balance your academic commitments while gaining valuable industry experience. You will be compensated with a monthly salary of €3,000, providing you with financial support during your internship period.
