What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for investigating a variety of physical security-related matters that could impact Microsoft’s workforce or facilities globally. You will independently identify and triage complex reported issues, determining their priority and organizing information for investigations. You will facilitate discussions on developing tactical investigation strategies and assess immediate and potential risks, communicating these to leadership and key stakeholders. Your role will involve reducing risk through the identification, intervention, and mitigation of physical threats, ensuring the safety and security of Microsoft’s employees and assets. You will uphold Microsoft’s ethical standards by investigating violations of company policy and providing recommendations for improvement.
