OPSWAT is seeking a Sales Operations Leader to connect people, process, and data to drive growth. You'll work closely with sales leadership teams to create alignment and improve data integrity. This role requires strong leadership and strategic skills.
You have a proven track record in sales operations, demonstrating your ability to connect people, process, and data to drive growth. With a focus on leadership, you understand the importance of building consistency in processes and reporting across regions. You are skilled at fostering collaboration between sales, marketing, product, and finance teams, ensuring that everyone is aligned towards common goals. Your hands-on approach allows you to mentor and guide a distributed Sales Operations team effectively, helping them to level up and achieve their objectives.
You possess strong analytical skills and a keen eye for data integrity, which enables you to champion operational hygiene within the organization. You understand the nuances of sales and marketing alignment, ensuring that shared metrics are in place and that handoffs across the funnel are smooth. In this strategic role, you will lead and mentor a distributed Sales Operations team, focusing on building consistency in processes, reporting, and execution across various regions. You will partner closely with FP&A, Product, and Marketing teams to align data, strategy, and pipeline targets, ensuring that everyone is working towards the same objectives. Your role will involve driving true sales and marketing alignment, ensuring that shared metrics are established and that there are smooth handoffs across the sales funnel.
You will be responsible for creating a predictable, scalable, and consistent go-to-market engine, collaborating with sales leadership teams across International, Americas, and OEM. Your efforts will help to improve data integrity and operational hygiene, turning insights into actionable strategies that drive growth. You will also play a key role in developing and implementing best practices within the Sales Operations function, ensuring that the team is equipped to meet the challenges of a rapidly evolving market.
