Duolingo is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting for Engineering and Product roles. You'll partner with hiring managers and use data to improve hiring outcomes. You have experience partnering with hiring managers to refine role requirements and align interview processes with real skill needs. You are data-driven, using insights to diagnose pipeline health and identify bottlenecks, making strategic recommendations that improve hiring outcomes. You are committed to building and maintaining a strong, diverse pipeline across all locations.

In this role, you will own the full-cycle recruiting process for Engineering and Product positions at Duolingo.
