What you'll do

In this role, you will own the full-cycle recruiting process for Engineering and Product positions at Duolingo. You will partner closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and refine role requirements. Your responsibilities will include aligning interview processes to accurately assess candidates' skills and guiding expectations using market insights. You will drive top-of-funnel sourcing efforts, dedicating a portion of your time to outreach for niche roles. You will leverage data to monitor the health of the recruitment pipeline, identifying bottlenecks and making recommendations to enhance hiring outcomes. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that Duolingo attracts and retains top talent in the tech industry.
