The role

You will be a privileged actor for our visitors in Paris and Versailles. Enthusiastic and positive, you will participate in making their travel experience unique and unforgettable.  

Your mission

• Greeting and registering customers at our shop in Paris
• Informing customers about tours
• Providing accurate information about local attractions and services
• Handling payments for extra activities and selling other products
• Handling admission tickets for the tours
• Managing online and phone reservations
• Accompanying customers on the bus to Versailles, giving a speech en route
• Handling closures, cancellation, rescheduling and complaints

Your toolkit

• Experience in customer service
• Good verbal skills: French and English are required (3rd language is a plus)
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Ability to remain calm in any situation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary and benefits

• Monthly gross salary : 2041,67 euros
• Sunday hours +75% ; Public holiday : +100%
• Public transportation fees covered up to 50%
• Lunch voucher (9 euros per day, covered up to 50%)

Contrat à Durée Déterminée d’Usage (CDDU) - De mi-mars à octobre 2026 - Temps plein (35h), pouvant inclure le dimanche.  

Agence de Paris.

 

Mission :

Vous serez un acteur privilégié pour nos visiteurs à Paris et à Versailles. Enthousiaste et positif, vous participerez à rendre leur séjour unique et inoubliable.   

Responsabilités : 

• Accueillir et enregistrer les clients à la boutique de Paris
• Informer les clients sur les visites 
• Fournir des informations précises sur les attractions et les services locaux
• Gérer les encaissements pour les activités supplémentaires 
• Gérer les billets d’entrée pour les visites
• Gérer les réservations en ligne et par téléphone
• Accompagner des groupes de Paris à Versailles en car  
• Gérer des fermetures, annulations, reprogrammations et plaintes

Votre profil : 

• Bonnes compétences verbales, le français et l'anglais sont requis (une 3ème langue est un plus)
• Capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches à la fois et à établir des priorités
• Capacité à rester calme en toute situation
• Capacité à travailler de manière indépendante et en équipe

Salaires et avantages : 

• 2041,67 euros brut mensuel
• Heures de dimanche +75%; Jours fériés : +100%
• Prise en charge à 50% des frais de transports en commun
• Prise en charge à 50% des tickets restaurant (d’une valeur de 9 euros par jour)
