Senior AI / ML Engineer (Agents)

Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in AI and machine learning, with a strong background in developing and deploying AI models that solve complex business problems. Your expertise includes working with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure, which you have used to build scalable solutions that enhance operational efficiency. You possess a collaborative mindset, enabling you to work effectively with cross-functional teams, and you have strong communication abilities that allow you to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Detail-oriented and self-motivated, you thrive in environments where you can take ownership of your projects and drive them to completion. Your passion for solving complex search problems drives you to continuously improve and innovate in your work.

Desirable

Experience with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks is a plus, as it complements your technical skills and enhances your ability to make data-driven decisions. You are also familiar with various machine learning libraries and frameworks, which you have leveraged in past projects to achieve significant results.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing AI models that address specific business challenges faced by our clients. You will collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to integrate these models into our existing platform, ensuring they deliver real value to users. Your work will involve analyzing large datasets to identify patterns and insights that can inform product development and improve user experience. You will also be tasked with conducting experiments to validate the effectiveness of your models, using A/B testing methodologies to measure impact and iterate on your solutions.

You will participate in regular team meetings to discuss project progress, share insights, and brainstorm new ideas. Your contributions will help shape the direction of our AI initiatives and ensure that we remain at the forefront of technology in our industry. Additionally, you will mentor junior team members, sharing your knowledge and expertise to help them grow in their roles.
