Customer Delivery Driver

Who you are

You have at least 2 years of customer-facing experience and are passionate about delivering exceptional service. As a Customer Advocate, you understand the importance of creating a positive experience for customers during the car-buying process. You are reliable and can work flexible hours, including weekends, to meet customer needs. You possess a valid driver's license and are at least 21 years of age, ensuring you can safely operate a vehicle for deliveries.

You are a team player who enjoys engaging with the local community and contributing to a positive company culture. Your communication skills allow you to effectively interact with customers, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated. You are motivated by performance-based growth opportunities and are eager to advance your career within a rapidly growing company.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering vehicles to customers, ensuring they receive their cars in excellent condition and on time. You will engage with customers at their driveways, providing a friendly and professional delivery experience. Your role will also involve participating in community events to promote Carvana and enhance brand visibility. You will be expected to maintain a clean driving record and adhere to all safety regulations while on the road.

You will work closely with other team members to coordinate delivery schedules and ensure efficient operations. Your commitment to customer satisfaction will be key in building long-term relationships with clients. You will also have the opportunity to participate in performance-based incentive programs that can enhance your earnings and career growth.

What we offer

Carvana offers a competitive starting hourly rate of $20/hr, with opportunities for pay increases based on performance. You can progress from $20/hr to $22/hr within your first year through our Careers Not Jobs program, which provides merit opportunities every 90 days.
