Coupang is hiring a Supply Chain Management professional to lead demand forecasting and S&OP processes. You'll collaborate with various teams and utilize tools like SQL and Tableau to provide actionable insights. This role requires over 5 years of experience in demand planning or S&OP.
You hold a bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, engineering, or a related field, with an MBA preferred. You have over 5 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or S&OP within the e-commerce, retail, or FMCG sectors. Your analytical skills are top-notch, particularly with tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, and R, allowing you to derive insights from complex datasets. You possess excellent communication skills and are adept at managing stakeholders effectively, ensuring that all parties are aligned with demand forecasts and supply plans.
In this role, you will develop and maintain short- and long-term demand forecasts by leveraging historical data, market trends, and business insights. You will lead daily and weekly S&OP meetings to align demand and supply plans, facilitating discussions among supply chain, finance, and operations teams. Your responsibilities will include analyzing forecast accuracy and demand variances to identify improvement opportunities. You will utilize SQL, Excel, Tableau, and Power BI to create dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to stakeholders. Collaboration is key, as you will work closely with logistics and fulfillment center teams to ensure demand is met efficiently. You will also focus on process improvement by applying advanced analytics and machine learning techniques to enhance forecasting models and S&OP processes, driving efficiency and scalability through best practices and automation.
