AvePoint is hiring an Account Executive to manage and expand a portfolio of mid-sized enterprise customers in Sweden. You'll focus on driving renewals and identifying upsell opportunities. This role requires a consultative sales approach and experience in SaaS solutions.
You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in managing and expanding customer accounts. Your experience includes working with mid-sized enterprises, where you've successfully driven renewals and identified upsell opportunities. You possess strong communication skills and a consultative sales approach that allows you to build lasting relationships with clients. You are comfortable collaborating with technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction and understand the importance of delivering value to your clients. You thrive in a team-oriented environment and are passionate about helping customers achieve their goals through effective solutions.
Experience in the SaaS industry is a plus, as is familiarity with data security and governance solutions. You may have a background in technology sales or have worked with collaboration platforms like Microsoft, Google, or Salesforce. A strong understanding of customer needs and the ability to translate those into actionable strategies will set you apart.
In this role, you will own and grow a defined book of existing mid-market accounts across Sweden. Your primary responsibility will be to drive revenue growth through upsell and cross-sell of AvePoint’s SaaS solutions. You will lead the full sales cycle from discovery to close, collaborating closely with Sales Engineers and Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless experience for your clients. You will maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by proactively addressing their needs and concerns, ensuring they receive the maximum value from AvePoint’s offerings. You will also be responsible for identifying new opportunities within your existing accounts and developing strategies to capitalize on them.
