OPSWAT is seeking an Accounting Manager to lead and manage accounting operations and support global financial reporting. This role requires strong attention to detail and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
You have a proactive and detail-oriented approach to accounting, with a strong background in managing day-to-day accounting operations. You understand the importance of accuracy and timeliness in financial reporting and are comfortable overseeing general ledger activities, reconciliations, and journal entries. Your experience includes collaborating with international teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. You are skilled in supporting technical accounting initiatives, including revenue recognition and stock-based compensation, and are eager to drive automation and process optimization within the finance team.
In this role, you will lead and manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, ensuring that all financial activities are completed accurately and on time. You will oversee general ledger activities and coordinate with cross-functional teams, such as tax and FP&A, to support business initiatives and maintain financial integrity. You will assist in the review of audit schedules and liaise with external auditors to ensure compliance with regulations. Additionally, you will support technical accounting initiatives, driving process improvements to scale with the company's growth and enhance efficiency across the finance function.
