You have a strong background in product marketing, ideally with over 5 years of experience in a similar role. Your strategic thinking skills allow you to craft compelling messaging frameworks that resonate with diverse audiences. You excel in cross-functional partnerships, working closely with product, sales, and engineering teams to ensure alignment and clarity in communication. Your ability to manage multiple product areas and maintain a pulse on competitive shifts makes you a valuable asset to any team. Experience in a technology-driven environment is a plus, as is familiarity with AI-driven products and services. In this role, you will own the end-to-end alignment of Yext’s product messaging and release communications. Your responsibilities will include developing messaging frameworks that highlight product value and differentiators, as well as creating high-quality assets for the sales team. You will collaborate with product managers to understand the roadmap and translate technical details into compelling stories that resonate with customers. Additionally, you will monitor competitive shifts and adjust messaging strategies accordingly to maintain Yext's position as a leader in brand visibility. You will also support the development of training materials and resources that empower the field to tell a confident story about Yext’s offerings.
