Job Description

Are you an advertising sales leader with a reputation for developing and motivating the best talent? Do you consider yourself a coach and a mentor in your current organization? Do you have a track record of success at driving top sales results and building sales teams?

We are looking for an analytical thinker who has experience, and will be excited to develop and execute sales strategies, tactics, plans, processes and programs for our CPG advertisers. We need a leader who can work and thrive in a fast pace environment and utilize their great communication skills to manage a top performing sales team. This position can be located in NY


Key job responsibilities
-Hire and develop the best: attract, hire and retain top sales talent

-Be a strong leader of leaders: front line managers will manage over time teams of 6+ direct reports

-Create and implement sales programs and tools that help to increase the performance of your team

-Coach your team to analyze the performances of their customers' full-funnel campaigns and provide optimization recommendations to their advertisers and agencies

-Promote customer obsession: ensure that our advertisers and their agencies receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service

-Prioritize and deliver timely, high quality work

-Partner across organizations to ensure that your team is setup for success

-An expert in the CPG space with experience supporting top CPG brands - 12+ years of B2B sales experience
- Experience managing teams
- Experience managing teams who deliver on defined goals and timelines
- Experience hiring and retaining sales talent
- Experience building new customer relationships- Experience reaching and exceeding sales revenue goals
- Experience of high level negotiation and successful internal and external relationship management

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $159,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $263,300/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
