You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with 12 years of experience in advertising sales, digital marketing, ecommerce, retail, or media. With 7 years of experience in people management, you've successfully built and led sales teams, demonstrating your ability to drive business strategy and achieve quarterly goals through executive-level engagement. Your understanding of marketing measurement and brand marketing allows you to grow customers' businesses through full funnel media solutions. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to navigate ambiguity and work effectively with multiple internal and external stakeholders. Fluency in Dutch is a significant asset for supporting client relationship management in this region.
Experience in the travel industry is preferred, as it will enhance your ability to provide thought leadership and advise clients on consumer trends and best practices that drive their business outcomes. Your analytical abilities and relationship-building skills shape how new and existing businesses grow, ensuring you can anticipate client needs and deliver Google-caliber client service.
