Desirable

You have a foundational understanding of processes, quality, and continuous improvement methodologies. Familiarity with project management principles, BPM, or Lean practices is a plus, as is any experience in data analysis or reporting.

What you'll do

In this role, you will assist in the documentation and analysis of operational and administrative processes. You will conduct basic data analysis and create reports, presentations, and tracking matrices to support the team. Your responsibilities will also include planning and controlling tasks or projects, collaborating on continuous improvement initiatives, and coordinating information gathering across different areas of the organization.
