We are seeking a highly capable Senior Product Manager to own, optimise, and deliver the product roadmap for Playlink, a crypto casino and sportsbook platform. You will be a strategic, hands-on product manager with a strong sense of ownership, highly tuned stakeholder management skills, and a proven track record of delivering best in class casino and sportsbook experiences.
Ownership, Rigour & High-Velocity Product Execution
Ownership Mindset: You will treat the product ecosystem as your own business, taking full accountability for product performance, roadmap execution, and measurable impact.
Execution Obsessed: You excel at breaking complex initiatives into structured, well-defined workstreams, driving high-velocity delivery in collaboration with engineering, design and commercial teams.
Communication & Stakeholder Leadership: You are a strong communicator who manages up early, proactively and clearly, driving alignment across Marketing, Operations, VIP, Compliance, Tech, and Exec leadership.
Strategic Product Planning & Roadmap Leadership
Own and deliver the .com product roadmap across Casino, Sportsbook, Payments, Onboarding, VIP features, and core UX flows.
Define and communicate product vision aligned with Playlink’s commercial strategy.
Identify new opportunities across casino, sports betting, and player engagement.
Analyse market trends, competitor features and emerging technologies.
Casino & Sportsbook Product Execution
Lead the end-to-end delivery for new casino and sportsbook features.
Own the feature lifecycle from ideation to launch and iteration.
Scale and optimise the casino portfolio including 3rd party integrations.
Drive sportsbook innovation by working closely with the trading team.
Iterate rapidly on onboarding, payments, casino UX, and sportsbook flows.
Gather and integrate player feedback across all key touchpoints.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Delivery Leadership
Champion product alignment across engineering, design, VIP, marketing, operations, and executives.
Translate commercial strategy into actionable product plans.
Communicate risks, dependencies, and delivery timelines.
Collaborate closely with Data to ensure all decisions are data-driven.
5+ years senior product management experience within igaming.
Proven track record of high-velocity delivery.
Understanding of casino mechanics, sportsbook UX, betting markets.
Strong communication and stakeholder management.
Experience in web3 is considered a plus.
