Senior ML Engineer (GenAI)

Who you are

You have a strong background in machine learning, with at least 5 years of experience designing and deploying production-grade ML solutions. Your expertise includes working with various ML frameworks and libraries, particularly TensorFlow and PyTorch, which you have used to solve complex problems in real-world applications. You enjoy mentoring junior engineers, sharing your knowledge, and helping them grow in their careers. You are comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that ML solutions align with business objectives and client needs.

You are proficient in Python, the primary language for machine learning development, and have experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation. You understand the importance of best practices in ML development, including version control, testing, and documentation. You are passionate about staying updated with the latest advancements in the field of AI and machine learning, and you actively seek opportunities to apply new techniques and technologies in your work.

Desirable

What you'll do
