What you'll do

As an Engineering Manager at Olo, you will lead a team of 5-8 engineers, guiding them in the development of one of the most advanced food ordering platforms in the market. You will oversee technical architecture decisions, ensuring that they align with business objectives and contribute to the overall success of the platform. Your role will involve mentoring team members, helping them grow in their careers, and fostering a culture of high performance and collaboration.

You will work closely with product and engineering leadership to define the long-term technical strategy for the platform, ensuring that your team is equipped to tackle challenges and deliver projects on time. You will be responsible for removing roadblocks that may hinder progress and facilitating effective communication between team members and stakeholders.

In this role, you will also play a key part in cross-functional project execution, collaborating with other departments to ensure that the engineering team's efforts align with the company's goals. You will be instrumental in creating a supportive environment where engineers feel valued and motivated to contribute their best work.
